Pricing:

  • GW Students: $3,850 flat for GW students.
  • Non-Gw Students: $385 (+ tax) per week for non-GW students

Move-in and move-out

  • You have to stay for a minimum of 7 weeks
  • Move in:  Sunday, May 28 
  • Move out: Saturday, August 5

Strong Hall Information

  • GW Theta has floor 2 of Strong Hall (620 21st Street NW, 20052)
  • There are 6 singles and 8 double rooms; a total of 22 spots available in the house
    • Two double rooms share a suited bathroom
    • The 6 single rooms share one single bathroom with two sinks, two toilets, and two showers that get cleaned multiple times a week
  • There is a communal kitchen in the basement and a common room with a TV, tables, couches, etc.
  • There is free laundry in the basement
  • We have a rooftop that is open to all residents
  • GW has full time staff on campus (fire department, housing staff, medical services, security, etc.) to help you with any needs that may pop up as the summer goes on
